Guest Chef Experience

On Friday 20th November Caffe Portico are proud to present a gourmet dining experience with local guest chef Phil Cooke.

Phil will be using Caffe Portico as a Pop-up Restaurant to showcase his skills as a head chef for the first time and has crafted a five course menu at a set price of £50 a head.

 

Roast Beets,
With creamed Lincolnshire goats cheese, olive tapenade, balsamic dressing.

Pan seared Scallops,
Smoked Hazelnut Puree, fresh pomegranate.

~

Wild Duck Breast,
Celeriac puree, wild mushroom, fondant potato, blackberry jus.

~

Orange parfait
Almond cream, tarragon orange.

~

Chocolate mousse,
Mascarpone and mango ice-cream, fennel seed crumble.

This event will be perfect for any special occasion and promises to be a treat for all who attend.
